State Highway #150 at the Wyoming-Utah border, starts the Wyoming Part of the Mirror Lake Scenic Byway it's run towards Evanston, Wyoming, where it ends. This Byway offers spectacular scenery along its route, and has it's historic significance. The Mirror Lake area is highly diverse and is characterized by sagebrush flats, aspen and coniferous forests, high mountains, grassy meadows, alpine tundra, and an abundance of lakes, streams, and wetlands.

Yellowstone River Drive, Bear River State Park, is a state park located just outside of Evanston, Wyoming. Bear River State park offers ideal areas for picnicking, hiking, wildlife viewing, remote control cars and many other activities. The annual Bear River Rendezvous is held in the park on the weekend before Labor Day.
