Crossing the Stillaguamish, River, WA. The Stillaguamish River, WA, has two forks the North and South, joining near Arlington, WA. The river flows for 22 miles (35 km) to Puget Sound. The Stillaguamish River, WA is noted for its summer and winter steelhead runs and late fall sea-run cutthroat trout.
