Off-highway vehicle road. Before SR 313 was constructed, this was the only vehicle access road for Dead Horse Point, Utah State Park and Canyonlands, Utah National Park. Access to breathtaking overlooks of the Green River, Utah in the Labyrinth Canyon Gorge.
