Graded off-highway vehicle road and access route to La Sal Pass (10 miles, elevation 10,400 feet), Dark Canyon Lake (12 miles), Buckeye Reservoir (20 miles). This highly scenic highway travels the southern slopes of the La Sal Mountains, crosses lofty Pine Ridge, descends through lush highland meadows and plunges steeply into verdant La Sal Creek Canyon.
