Tourists with cardiorespiratory health concerns should use caution. Tours are run when the monument is open, usually from May through October. There are three main chambers accessible in the tour: Hansen Cave, Middle Cave, and Timpanogos Cave., Mount Timpanogos, is the second highest mountain in Utah's Wasatch Range, it's elevation is 11,749 feet above sea level in the Uinta National Forest. The mountain towers over Utah Valley.
