At the Junction of United States Highway #14/Interstate Highway #90 with State Highway #240, begins the Badlands Loop Scenic Byway. Carved steep canyons and high cliffs, largest mixed-grass prairie preserved by the National Park Service, Natural contours of the Badlands escarpment, native grasslands complete with hundreds of species of plants and animals, are all some of many this byway has to offer to visitors.
