Access to the Chester State Park, South Carolina
South of highway. The park’s 523 acres include a 160-acre lake, itself surrounded by a two-mile nature trail through the pine forest. Jon boat rentals are popular in the warmer months and the park also offers picnicking, camping, archery and a place to simply enjoy the serenity of the placid setting. Each site is packed soil and has individual water and electrical hookups. Some sites accommodate RVs up to 33 feet, others up to 28 feet, while five sites are pull-through. The campground is convenient to restrooms with hot showers.
