This byway takes travelers on a scenic route from Greensboro to Chapel Hill. The route is known as Football Road and also as Bicycle route, as recreational riders and the football fans used to reach University of North Carolina via this route. The byway features scenic natural beauty, takes by the side of Dairy Farms, Creeks, Ponds and historic sites. The Bog Garden, Greensboro Center City Park, Greensboro Arboretum, Blandwood Mansion and Gardens, World War Memorial Stadium, Greensboro Coliseum Complex, NewBridge Bank Park, Guilford Courthouse National Military Park, are few of many touristic attractions, the City of Greensboro, North Carolina has to offer.
