Long Point to Fall River: The southernmost tip of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts stretches approximately 100 miles out into the Atlantic Ocean. This wonderful peninsula is known as Cape Cod - the north side shore opens to the cool waters of Massachusetts Bay while the southern beaches reach to the warm and gentle waters of Nantucket Sound. Centrally situated is the Town of Barnstable with shorefront on both north and south coasts.
Province Lands - Cape Cod National Seashore. The observation deck at the Visitor Center provides a 360-degree view of the Province Lands and Provincetown. From this location you can see the Race Point Ranger Station, Race Point Beach parking lot, the Old Harbor Life Saving Station, several dune shacks, the Pilgrim Monument in Provincetown, the steeple of the Provincetown Heritage Museum, and the runway and service buildings of the Provincetown.
