Intersection of Rte #3 and the Crooked Road - View of Hulls Cove and Frenchman Bay The Crooked road was supposedly built with no straight runs so that you would always be looking at the woods and the views and not the road itself. Cherished by local residents, there was disappointment when the State straightened some of it. You can still see where they cut off the famous curves.
