Attractions in Yuma: YUMA CROSSING STATE HISTORIC PARK The Quartermaster Depot was authorized by Congress in 1865 and served the entire Southwest as a material transfer and distribution point for troops stationed at the outposts of the Arizona Territory. - CENTURY HOUSE MUSEUM. Century House is one of Yuma's oldest and most historic buildings. - ST. THOMAS MISSION Built on the grounds of the original Mission founded by Father Garces in 1780. Other Yuma Attractions: Adair Park, Center of the World, Cocopah Museum, Colorado King I Paddleboat, Imperial Date Gardens, Imperial National Wildlife Refuge, Kofa National Wildlife Refuge, The Peanut Patch, Picacho State Recreation Area, Yuma Proving Ground Heritage Center, Yuma Landing, Yuma River Tours, Yuma Valley Railway.

Junction of Interstate #5 City of Weed, California. The City of Weed is nestled on the western slopes of Mount Shasta in Northern California at an elevation of 3,467 feet. Weed is located near the mid-point of the Volcanic Legacy Scenic Byway.

Access to Leo Carrillo State Beach Park - West of highway. Photo is view from highway. The park has 1.5 miles of beach for swimming, surfing, windsurfing, surf fishing and beachcombing. Camping: Many sites have accessible picnic tables and fire grills. Restrooms with showers.
