Yuma Arizona is located at the point where the Gila and Colorado Rivers converge. Attractions in Yuma: YUMA CROSSING STATE HISTORIC PARK The Quartermaster Depot was authorized by Congress in 1865 and served the entire Southwest as a material transfer and distribution point for troops stationed at the outposts of the Arizona Territory. - CENTURY HOUSE MUSEUM. Century House is one of Yuma's oldest and most historic buildings. - ST. THOMAS MISSION Built on the grounds of the original Mission founded by Father Garces in 1780. Other Yuma Attractions: Adair Park, Center of the World, Cocopah Museum, Colorado King I Paddleboat, Imperial Date Gardens, Imperial National Wildlife Refuge, Kofa National Wildlife Refuge, The Peanut Patch, Picacho State Recreation Area, Yuma Proving Ground Heritage Center, Yuma Landing, Yuma River Tours, Yuma Valley Railway.
