The Tetlin, Alaska Refuge is visited by thousands of migratory birds each spring and fall. The Wildlife Refuge encompases approximately 730,000 acres. Tetlin National Wildlife Refuge is made up of forests, wetlands, tundra, lakes, mountains and glacial rivers. bounded by the Alaska Range.
