The city of Mexicali is the capital city in Baja California state, Mexico, as well as the most northern city of Latin America. Mexicali comes from the union of the words Mexico and California. This is a city that receives many tourists all year long, and is well adapted to host them, with hotels, restaurants and bars. In Mexico the legal age to drink is 18 while in the United States is 21, this makes this place very popular for the American teens.
