This park is open from mid June to the end of September and features a laundromat, hot showers (20), flush toilets (32), kitchen shelter and dumping station. Bilingual service. Campers' store nearby. Pets permitted on leash. Attractions close by the Park: Kensington Railyards and Welcome Centre, located next to the Historic Train Station at the Railyards.

Lucy Maud Montgomery, author of Anne of Green Gables and one of the world's most famous authors, was born in 1874 in this modest white and green house, decorated with Victorian period pieces and overlooking New London Harbour. Special exhibits include the replica of the writer's wedding dress and personal scrapbooks with copies of her many stories and poems.
