The Lighthouse Route Scenic Drive - Fox Point to Bridgewater: The Lighthouse Route follows Nova Scotia's South Shore, where the past is a part of everyday life. You'll find it along quiet country roads where ox teams still haul lumber, and coastal villages where fishermen still row wooden dories out to sea. This portion of the Lighthouse Route highway guide starts at highway #329 and follows the lighthouse route to the town of Bridgewater where it joins highway #331.
Graves Island Provincial Park
Joined to the mainland by a short causeway, the island is typical of many of the small islands found along Nova Scotia's Atlantic coast. The park is open from mid-May until early October, offering a 73 site campground, walking trails, picnic area, beach, playground and boat launch. The campground has water outlets and a trailer dump station.
