Alexandra Falls, NWT First 'must see' stop in Twin Falls Territorial Park; washrooms; enclosed picnic tables; scenic 1.8 km pathway to Louise Falls. NWT, Twin Falls Territorial Park. This Territorial Park has three main areas, located between the Mackenzie Highway and the Hay River: - Alexandra Falls Day Use Area - Louise Falls Campground & Day Use Area - Escarpment Creek Group Campsite. Alexandra Falls is a day use park. Facilities: picnic area, hiking trail, viewing area of the Falls.
