New River Beach Days is held each year on the August 1st long weekend (depending on tides) where thousands of people take part in a Sand Castle Competition. Mile by mile staff viewed this competition. We have added a link to a web site that has the Information and great PHOTO'S as well as some of our own. This is a must see event.
