We give you links in exchange for your labor. You drive a highway, at least 100 miles long, and we create a highway itinerary from the information. You get exclusive links on the web page and we direct web traffic to your web site from the intinerary.

What if I don't want to do this work, but just want my business listed on an existing itinerary?

If you are wanting to add a link on an itinerary created by a local business we won't add your link; if you contact the local business who created the itinerary you can ask them to request your link be added. How do I apply to create an itinerary

First check that the highway has not already been completed. Only one itinerary is needed; if the highway is gone, you are out of luck. We reject applications for tiny sections of highway. In some cases we will consider an itinerary for a highway that is less than 100 miles if it is particularly scenic. Please don't waste our time by applying for a 4 mile long section of highway, we reject applications from business who are not serious about creating a useful itinerary.

Apply when you have time to do the itinerary. While we give you 3 months to gather your information, it is our experience, that the weeks often fly by and people have not yet gathered the information. Make sure that you have a hand-held tape recorder for gathering the information and that you've got time to transcribe the information to an email. You will also need a digital camera to take pictures or have access to a business that can convert film pictures to digital.

There is some significant work involved in gathering the information, however many businesses tell us that gathering the information was a rewarding experience and the work was more than worth the benefit of increased exposure for their business. To sign up please fill out the form below.
